Report a problem

Include your Breather version, device model, iOS version and what happened. A screenshot helps. Never send photos you don’t want to share, passwords or payment details.

Getting deleted items back

Nothing is deleted without your confirmation. Photos and videos you delete stay in Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted for 30 days, where you can recover them. Files deleted from iCloud Drive go to Files → Recently Deleted. Before merging or deleting contacts, Breather saves a backup you can restore from Contacts → Backups in the app.

The first scan is slow, or a category looks empty

The first scan reads your whole library on your device and can take a few minutes for a large library; later scans only look at new items. Similar, blurry and document photos appear after the analysis finishes. Photos stored only in iCloud are analyzed once they are on the device. If you allowed access to only some photos, Breather sees only those; you can change this in Settings → Apps → Breather → Photos.

WhatsApp, Telegram and other apps

iOS keeps every app’s storage private, so no app can delete media inside WhatsApp or Telegram. Breather lists what those apps saved to your photo library and shows, step by step, how to free space inside each app.

Secret Space

Secret Space stays only on this device: it is not in iCloud or device backups, and deleting the app deletes it. If you forget your PIN there is no way to recover it, so keep copies of anything important elsewhere.

Breather Pro

Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests through Report a Problem. Never send us payment-card details.

Deleting your data

Breather keeps its cache, contact backups, Secret Space and settings only on your device. Delete contact backups in the app, or uninstall Breather to remove everything. Photo, contacts and notification permissions can be turned off at any time in iOS Settings.

For support correspondence, email us with the subject “Breather data request”. We may need limited information to verify the request.

Türkçe destek

Sorularını, hata bildirimlerini ve veri taleplerini Türkçe yazabilirsin. Breather sürümünü, cihaz modelini, iOS sürümünü ve sorunun nasıl oluştuğunu ekle; parola ya da ödeme bilgisi gönderme.

Onayın olmadan hiçbir şey silinmez. Sildiğin fotoğraf ve videolar 30 gün boyunca Fotoğraflar → Albümler → Son Silinenler’de kalır; iCloud Drive’dan silinen dosyalar Dosyalar → Son Silinenler’e gider. Kişileri birleştirmeden ya da silmeden önce alınan yedeği uygulamada Kişiler → Yedekler’den geri yükleyebilirsin. Pro aboneliğini Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir, Pro ekranındaki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile geri alabilirsin. Veri talepleri için aynı adrese “Breather veri talebi” başlığıyla yaz.
