3D Arrows privacy policy
3D Arrows is a puzzle game for Android, iPhone and iPad from NEQTUS Games (Android package and iOS bundle identifier com.neqtus.arrows3d). It has no account. This policy explains what stays on your device and what reaches our service providers, and when. Contact neqtus@proton.me for privacy questions or requests.
Your progress stays on your device
Levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives, streaks, standings in leagues and races, purchases already granted and your settings are saved in a file on your device. The game has no account and no cloud saves, and we do not receive your save file. Android backup is turned off for the game; on iPhone and iPad, your own device backup may include it.
Leagues, races and the summit use simulated rivals with first names only. Your progress is not shown to other players, and the game has no chat.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes your local progress. This does not delete records held by an app store or a service provider.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google’s User Messaging Platform handles consent. To deliver and measure ads, keep them secure and prevent fraud, Google may process your IP address (and an approximate location inferred from it), advertising and device identifiers, app and ad interactions and diagnostic information. These services may process information outside your country.
Where required, the game asks for your consent before requesting ads, and Settings → Privacy choices lets you change it later. On iPhone and iPad, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; you can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Test builds show test ads, which can still involve processing by the ad SDK.
Videos that give a reward are always optional. Buying No ads, or the Starter pack, turns off the ads shown between levels.
Purchases
Google Play and the App Store process payments; we never receive your payment-card details. Purchases are verified and restored through RevenueCat, which receives your purchase history, a random identifier created by the game, and the device, app and store information needed to verify, restore and report on purchases. The game does not send your progress or settings to RevenueCat. Builds that do not use RevenueCat check purchases with Google Play Billing or Apple’s StoreKit directly.
Coins and boosters have no value outside the game. An app store may keep transaction records even after you remove the game.
Gameplay analytics, when enabled
Builds that enable it send pseudonymous gameplay events to GameAnalytics: levels started, completed or failed with the mistakes made and the time taken, boosters used, reward videos watched and purchase amounts, together with a random player identifier created by the game, session numbers and times, the device model, the operating-system version and the game version. No advertising identifier, name or contact detail is sent. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Usage data.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device, for example when your lives are full or a daily gift is waiting. They are created on your device and no information is sent to us or to a notification server for them. Turn them off in Settings → Reminders or in your device settings.
Browser version
If a browser version of the game is offered, its ads come from Google AdSense, and Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure them. Progress in the browser stays in your browser’s storage on your device.
Support messages
If you email us, we use your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send to respond to and investigate your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information, and never send passwords or payment details.
We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve a request, handle follow-up issues or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising.
Retention, security and service providers
Local progress remains until you remove the game or its data. Advertising, analytics and purchase records are kept by the relevant providers under their own policies and applicable obligations. Network communication by these services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We use information to provide the game, respond to requests and keep it secure; advertising choices rely on your consent where required. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Email neqtus@proton.me with the subject “3D Arrows privacy request” or “3D Arrows data deletion”.
We may ask for limited information needed to find the relevant record and verify the request. We will act on records we control and, where appropriate, coordinate with a service provider or explain how to contact it. Removing the game does not by itself send a deletion request to Google, RevenueCat or GameAnalytics.
Younger players
The game is designed for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults, and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact neqtus@proton.me so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data practices change. The latest policy and its update date are available here and through the Privacy policy link in the game’s settings.
