Report a problem

Include the game version (shown at the bottom of Settings), your device model, Android or iOS version, the level number and what happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps; please hide personal notifications.

Never send passwords, verification codes or payment details. We do not need them to help.

Lives, hearts and boosters

A blocked tap costs a heart; running out of hearts ends the attempt. Losing a level costs a life, and lives come back over time. If a regular level keeps beating you, the next attempts start with the free arrows lit up. Hints, magnets, the eraser and the scan unlock as you play.

Purchases

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the store account used for the purchase. No ads and the Starter pack come back this way; coins and boosters are used up when you spend them. Google Play and Apple handle billing and refunds: use Google Play’s order history or Apple’s Report a Problem. Never send us payment-card details.

Ads and privacy choices

Videos that give a reward are always optional. To change your ad consent, open Settings → Privacy choices (shown where consent applies). Settings → Usage data turns gameplay analytics off, and Settings → Reminders turns notifications off.

Deleting your data

Your progress lives on your device. Uninstall the game, or on Android use Settings → Apps → 3D Arrows → Storage → Clear data. This removes local progress, cannot be undone and does not delete purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store.

For support correspondence, purchase or analytics records, email us with the subject “3D Arrows data deletion”. We will ask only for the details needed to find the record and verify the request.

Sorularını, hata bildirimlerini ve önerilerini Türkçe yazabilirsin. Oyun sürümünü (Ayarlar’ın en altında), telefon modelini, Android veya iOS sürümünü ve seviye numarasını ekle. Parola, doğrulama kodu veya ödeme bilgisi gönderme.

Satın alımlarını Mağaza’daki Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri alabilirsin. Reklam onayını Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri, oyun analitiğini Ayarlar → Kullanım verileri bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Veri silme talepleri için aynı adrese “3D Arrows veri silme” başlığıyla yaz.
