Goods Sort: Cozy Shelves
Privacy policy
NEQTUS Games provides Goods Sort: Cozy Shelves (Android package com.neqtus.goodssort.cozyshelves). This policy explains the information handled by the game and its service providers. Contact neqtus@proton.me for privacy questions or requests.
Your progress stays on your device
Level progress, in-game balances, inventory, lives, decoration choices and settings are saved on your device. The game does not require an account and does not provide cloud saves. Android automatic backup is disabled for the app. We do not receive your local save file automatically.
Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings deletes local progress. This does not delete records held by an app store or other service providers.
Advertising
Ad-enabled builds use Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), advertising or device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, maintain security and prevent fraud. These services may process information outside your country.
Where available, the game presents consent choices before requesting ads and provides advertising privacy options in Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Test builds may show demo ads; demo ads should not be assumed to involve no SDK data processing.
Purchases, when enabled
In builds where purchases are enabled, Google Play processes payments and RevenueCat validates purchases and restores entitlements. Purchase records, an app user identifier and relevant device or app information may be processed for purchase functionality, support and purchase analytics. We do not receive your payment card details. RevenueCat may create a pseudonymous identifier without requiring an account name or email address.
Purchases and the RevenueCat connection are disabled in the initial community closed-test configuration. This section applies when those services are enabled in a later build. An app store may retain transaction records even if local game data is removed.
Game diagnostics
The store build does not enable a separate remote gameplay analytics service. Some development or QA builds keep gameplay and performance logs on the device; these logs are not uploaded automatically. This does not prevent enabled advertising or purchase services from processing their own operational information.
Support messages
If you email us, we use your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send to respond and investigate your request. The support button can include the game version in the email subject; it does not automatically attach game saves or logs. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve a request, handle follow-up issues or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising.
Storage, security and service providers
Local progress remains until you remove the app or its data. Advertising and purchase records are retained by the relevant providers under their policies and applicable obligations. Network communication by the advertising and purchase services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We use information to provide the game, respond to requests and maintain security; advertising choices rely on consent where required. Providers may have additional responsibilities under their own privacy policies. We do not operate a marketplace for your personal data.
Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Contact neqtus@proton.me with the subject “Privacy request” or “Data deletion”.
We may ask for limited information needed to identify the relevant record and verify the request. We will address records we control and, where appropriate, coordinate with a service provider or explain how to contact it. Legal obligations can require some records to be retained. Removing the game does not itself send a deletion request to Google or RevenueCat.
Younger players
The game is designed for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults, and is not directed to children under 13. Age and consent requirements can vary by country. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact neqtus@proton.me so we can review and address the request.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data practices change. The latest policy and its update date are available here and through the game’s privacy link.
