Pixel Picnic privacy policy
Pixel Picnic: Ladybug Puzzle is a puzzle game for Android, iPhone and iPad from NEQTUS Games (Android package and iOS bundle identifier com.neqtus.pixelpicnic). It has no account and no sign-in, and we run no server for it. This policy explains what stays on your device and what our advertising provider, Google, receives, and when. Contact neqtus@proton.me for privacy questions or requests.
Your progress stays on your device
Levels and stars, the level in progress, your album of finished pictures, coins, lives, boosters, the daily gift and your settings are saved in files in the game’s private storage on your device. The game has no account, no cloud saves and no server of ours, and we never receive your save. Android backup is turned off for the game; on iPhone and iPad, your own device backup may include it.
Coins are earned in the game only. There are no in-app purchases, and the game never asks for payment details. It has no chat, no leaderboards, no analytics SDK and no push notifications.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes your local progress. This does not delete records held by Google for advertising.
Advertising
The game shows a banner while you play, a full-screen ad after some levels and, only when you choose to watch one, a video that gives an extra life. These ads come from Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. We ask Google to show only ads rated G, suitable for general audiences.
To deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see them, keep them secure and prevent fraud, Google may collect or process device identifiers (the Android advertising ID, or on iPhone and iPad the advertising identifier when you allow tracking), your IP address and an approximate location inferred from it, information about your device and the app, your interactions with the game and its ads, and diagnostic information. Google may process this information outside your country. Development builds show Google’s test ads, which can still involve processing by the ad SDK.
Your consent choices
Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your choices where the law requires it. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before ads are requested, and Google uses information to personalize ads only if you consent. In US states whose privacy laws require it, you can opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. Elsewhere, ads may be personalized under Google’s policies and your Google ad settings.
Without personalization, ads are chosen from context such as the game itself, but Google still processes some information to deliver and measure them and to prevent fraud. Where consent applies, the Privacy options button in Settings lets you review or change your choices at any time.
On iPhone and iPad, iOS may ask whether the game can track you, after a short explanation from Google. The advertising identifier is used only if you allow it; you can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
Support messages
If you email us, we use your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send to respond to and investigate your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information, and never send passwords or payment details.
We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve a request, handle follow-up issues or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising.
Retention, security and service providers
Local progress remains until you remove the game or its data. Advertising records are kept by Google under its own policies and applicable obligations. The ad SDK’s network communication is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We use information only to provide the game, show ads and respond to requests; personalized advertising relies on your consent where required. We do not sell your personal information for money. Where a US state law treats sharing with an ad provider for targeted advertising as a sale or sharing, the opt-out above applies.
Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Email neqtus@proton.me with the subject “Pixel Picnic privacy request” or “Pixel Picnic data deletion”.
Because the game has no account and we hold no game data about you, most requests concern support emails or the information Google processes for ads. We may ask for limited information needed to find the relevant record and verify the request. We will act on records we control and explain how to use Google’s tools for the rest. Removing the game does not by itself send a deletion request to Google.
Children
Pixel Picnic is a family-friendly game for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact neqtus@proton.me so we can review and delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data practices change, for example if the game adds purchases, analytics or notifications. The latest policy and its effective date are always available at this address.
