Report a problem

Include the game version, your device model, Android or iOS version, the level number and what happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps; please hide personal notifications.

Never send passwords, verification codes or payment details. We do not need them to help.

Levels, lives and boosters

A level is lost when every slot is full of ladybugs that cannot reach their color. Losing a level, or leaving one halfway, costs a life. You can hold up to five lives and one comes back every 30 minutes; coins refill them all, and an optional video gives one more. A hint shows a move that works, and the extra slot and the shuffle unlock as you play. Finish a picture without hints for three stars.

Coins and the daily gift

Coins come from wins and the daily gift, and are spent on boosters and lives. The game has no purchases, so it never asks for payment. Come back on consecutive days for bigger gifts; missing a day starts the seven-day cycle again.

Ads and privacy choices

Videos that give a reward are always optional. Where consent applies, a Privacy options button in Settings lets you change your ad choices at any time. On iPhone and iPad, you can allow or stop tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Deleting your data

Your progress lives only on your device. Uninstall the game, or on Android use Settings → Apps → Pixel Picnic → Storage → Clear data. This removes local progress and cannot be undone. We do not keep a copy of your game data.

For support correspondence, email us with the subject “Pixel Picnic data deletion”. We will ask only for the details needed to find the record and verify the request. Advertising data is held by Google; the privacy policy explains how to manage it.

Sorularını, hata bildirimlerini ve önerilerini Türkçe yazabilirsin. Oyun sürümünü, telefon modelini, Android veya iOS sürümünü ve bölüm numarasını ekle. Parola, doğrulama kodu veya ödeme bilgisi gönderme.

Oyunda satın alma yoktur; coinler yalnızca oyun içinde kazanılır. Reklam onayını, gerekli olduğu yerlerde Ayarlar’daki Gizlilik seçenekleri düğmesinden değiştirebilirsin. Veri silme talepleri için aynı adrese “Pixel Picnic veri silme” başlığıyla yaz.
