Report a problem

Include your QRPod version, device model, iOS version, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. If scanning fails, tell us the code format and lighting conditions. Only share a sample code if it does not contain private information.

Do not send passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, payment details, encrypted payload passphrases or inventory authentication tokens.

Camera and photo scanning

Allow Camera access for QRPod in iOS Settings. Try even lighting, keep the entire code inside the frame and avoid reflections. You can also choose a photo using the system photo picker.

Purchases and restoring Pro

Use Restore Purchases on the QRPod Pro screen while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. Apple manages billing and refund requests through Report a Problem. Never send us payment-card details.

History, iCloud and deletion

Disable automatic history in Settings if you do not want new scans saved automatically. Delete records in History, then permanently delete them from Trash. Remove saved templates, workflows and pending submissions from their respective screens when no longer needed.

Turning off iCloud sync does not remove data already stored in iCloud. Manage QRPod’s iCloud storage through your Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local app container, but is not a request to erase iCloud, Keychain, Apple purchase records or records held by your chosen inventory endpoints.

For support correspondence or information held by a purchase or advertising provider, email us with the subject “QRPod data request”. We will help identify the relevant service and handle requests for data under our control. Please do not attach your entire scan history. We may need limited information to verify your request.

Advertising choices

Open Settings → Privacy & data → Advertising privacy choices when available for your region. QRPod uses non-personalized ad requests and does not send your scanned content to Google. Pro removes ads.

Sorularını, hata bildirimlerini ve veri taleplerini Türkçe yazabilirsin. Uygulama sürümünü, cihaz modelini, iOS sürümünü ve sorunun nasıl oluştuğunu ekle. Şifre, Wi-Fi parolası, ödeme bilgisi veya özel içerik gönderme.

Geçmiş kayıtlarını sildikten sonra kalıcı silme için Çöp Kutusu’nu da temizle. iCloud’u kapatmak buluttaki verileri silmez. Reklam tercihlerini uygulamanın Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve veriler bölümünden yönetebilirsin. Veri talepleri için aynı adrese “QRPod veri talebi” başlığıyla yaz.
