Report a problem

Include your WidgetMix version, device model, iOS version, the widget size and what happened. A screenshot of the widget helps. You can also share the card from the app so we can see its design; shared cards never contain your keys or data.

Do not send passwords, keys or tokens for your services, or payment details.

A widget is not updating

iOS decides how often widgets refresh in the background, so every widget shows how old its data is. Opening WidgetMix refreshes everything that is due. For data that changes often, a Shortcuts automation can send new values to a widget at the moment they change.

If a widget shows an error, open it in My Widgets to see the last attempt and check the connection’s address and key.

Putting a Lock Screen on your iPhone

Add a Lock Screen from the Gallery or compose one in My Widgets, then save its wallpaper. Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen. Tap the date to add the line and the area below the time to add the rest; find WidgetMix, add a size, then tap it and choose the widget with the name the app lists.

Shared links

Share Link on a widget, a board or a Lock Screen makes a link anyone can open. With WidgetMix installed, the link opens the app with the widgets to add; without it, a page leads to the App Store, and tapping the link again after installing opens it. Widgets that need the receiver’s own data, such as weather for a place or a calendar, are set up after adding. A shared link never carries your data, photos or keys.

Daily reminders

Turn on Daily Reminder on a mood or a counter and choose the time. Touch and hold the notification to choose a face or add a step without opening the app. If notifications were declined, allow them in Settings → Notifications → WidgetMix.

Transparent backgrounds

Follow the steps in the app: add the marker widgets, take a screenshot of that page and one of an empty page, then choose both. If you change your wallpaper or move widgets, run the steps again.

WidgetMix Plus

Use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests through Report a Problem. Never send us payment-card details.

Deleting your data

Delete a widget or a connection in My Widgets; deleting a connection also removes its key from the Keychain. Uninstalling WidgetMix removes its local data. Permissions for calendar, reminders, health, photos and location can be turned off at any time in iOS Settings.

Widget’ların ne sıklıkla yenileneceğine iOS karar verir; her widget verisinin ne kadar eski olduğunu gösterir. Uygulamayı açmak zamanı gelen her şeyi yeniler. Plus aboneliğini Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir, Plus ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri alabilirsin. Veri talepleri için aynı adrese “WidgetMix veri talebi” başlığıyla yaz.

Paylaşılan bir bağlantı WidgetMix yüklüyse uygulamayı açar, değilse App Store’a götürür; yükledikten sonra bağlantıya yeniden dokun. Paylaşılan bağlantılar verini, fotoğraflarını ya da anahtarlarını asla taşımaz.
